The Professional hoods are equipped with a high performing motor having an outlet diameter of 200 mm and s/steel grease filters giving to the product the typical look of industrial kitchens. The air is forced into the “labyrinth path” of the filters increasing the grease captation level, which are conveyed by gravity and collected in a special tray.
These grease filters can be washed in the dishwasher and can be easily cleaned and are having a long life.
